How do diners pay?
When they collect or on delivery, with card, Swish or cash, through your own payment terminal. The money goes straight to you. Online card and Swish payment to your own account is next on our roadmap.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Nollby Mat runs in the browser on any tablet, phone or computer, and you can install it on the home screen like an app.
Can I keep Foodora and Wolt?
Yes. Keep them for new customers and use Nollby Mat for regulars, who can order direct once you tell them.
How will diners find my ordering page?
Your QR codes on tables, bags and in the window, the link in your Instagram bio and Google Business Profile, and (on Pro) the Nollby Mat directory.
How does delivery work without couriers?
With the delivery add-on, your own staff deliver. They open a private link on their phone that shows addresses, maps and a “Delivered” button. There are no per-delivery fees.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel any month. There is no setup fee.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on Cloudflare. Your customers are yours: we never sell data or market to your diners on behalf of anyone else.
